Snowy forest with golden leaves
Fisrt picture after a loooong break! I am happy I did it and I feel determined to renew my photo enthusiastic hobby :)
This picture was taken during a calm walk in the still snowy mountain yesterday afternoon. The golden yellow leaves are a memory from last year’s autumn, yet the new buds are ready to show their gentle spring colours in the coming weeks. I enjoy the contrast between the bright yellowish colour and the dark crust of the tree trunks, all against the pure white snow. Nature really has a way to look beautiful any time of the year :)
