Home made biscuits cake with coffee and milk
My mom made this delicious biscuits cake for a small family celebration. The recipe is very simple, but the result is amazing! The icing is made of egg whites and sugar and the nice golden color is made by baking the whole thing for a couple of minutes on very high temperature. It goes perfectly with the afternoon coffee latte :)
