Home made acacia honey
My parents sent us these beautiful bright coloured honey. The lighter ones are from acacia trees, and the darker are mixed. All are produced by friends of theirs who have a house and several beehives in a mountain village. The picture was taken some time ago and the honey is now almost over. It was really delicious – sweet and aromatic, with a hint of wax.
