Romantic yellow tulip macro

This yellow tulip was a part of a nice bouquet from one of my best friends. It broke from its stem and I put it in a small jug separately – it was still beautiful. I tried to give it a retro-romantic look :)

My pencil has a smoky shadow

Playing with some unfamiliar photoshop features :) I like the smoky effect on the pencil’s shadow – I guess the picture would have been too simple and geometric without it. Now it’s simple but with a touch of surprise :)

Orange sunset behind the trees

The sun doesn’t go down each time in the same place, rather it moves a bit along the horizon each day until Christmas and then changes direction. So there are just a few days in the year when I could take this shot from my apartment and luckily the sky happened to be clear and I happened to be on the terrace at the right moment :) I love how the tree branches look like some kind of lace over the bright sun.. or at least that’s my impression :)
