Home made biscuits cake with coffee and milk

My mom made this delicious biscuits cake for a small family celebration. The recipe is very simple, but the result is amazing! The icing is made of egg whites and sugar and the nice golden color is made by baking the whole thing for a couple of minutes on very high temperature. It goes perfectly with the afternoon coffee latte :)

I found it in a small shop among old, dusty and useless kitchen utensils :) there were just two mugs – this one and a lightly pink one and I took them both very cheap – it was a lucky day :)

Milk and White Ginger Cookies

One of my sister’s favourite types of cookies – they’re great with milk! :) I love how smooth and white they look from the outside and how dark they are inside.
