Here’s the camera I mentioned – my new baby – Canon 550D a.k.a. Rebel T2i a.k.a. Kiss X4 Digital. I still haven’t got the time to look through and try out all features, but I’m already in love! :)

This is once again a portrait of my cat Iva – the sweetest cat on Earth :) I took this picture with my brand new DSLR camera which I’m already in love with :)

My family were here a while ago and my mom made this improvised strawberries cake with biscuits, some cream and some coconut to give a perfect look and flavour – yummy! :)

This yellow tulip was a part of a nice bouquet from one of my best friends. It broke from its stem and I put it in a small jug separately – it was still beautiful. I tried to give it a retro-romantic look :)

Strangely enough these tiny mushrooms grew in one of my flowers pots. I guess there were some spores in the soil and the conditions were right for growing. They were there for just a couple of days before they disappeared.

Remember my beautiful crocus and snowdrops from last year? Well, these little green springs came out this spring from their bulbs still buried in the soil in the same pot. Unfortunately when I found out it was already March and soon the sun became too hot, so they didn’t manage to blossom. But now I know how to take care of them and hopefully I’ll have more spring flowers next year :)

I made this shot some time ago my parents’ garden. This is a close-up shot of a leaf from our fir-tree. I loved the way the sun made all the little ribs (or veins) of the leaf look so bright – like a map of white paths on the dark green surface. So I hope you like it too :)

Cool look in the morning sunlight from my little cutie :) My cat is a British shorthair blue and she’s got the cutest little nose and the softest paws! :)

I took this up-close shot of my eye some time ago and finally had some time to upload it… I hope you like the post processing, it took me a while :)

These gentle flowers are really tiny – they’re about 3-4 mm in diameter and are gathered in big white fluffy clusters. It’s an old picture (the flowers are the same as here and here), but I felt like uploading something, and I don’t have much time these days to work on more recent photos. The weather has been more like winter than spring these days, so no chance of going out and taking any sunny spring-like shots also. I hope next week will be better :)
