I liked the coincidence that the frame of the mirror looked exactly as wide as the empty space below the label. Also, the colours red, white and black matched pretty well.

I go to a photography course! It’s really exciting – I learn new things every time and we take a lot of pictures in a special studio with all the lights and stuff… Today we practiced black and white photography on this jar and other objects and we also took some pictures of the staircase which I’m also going to post here :)

My pencil has a smoky shadow

Playing with some unfamiliar photoshop features :) I like the smoky effect on the pencil’s shadow – I guess the picture would have been too simple and geometric without it. Now it’s simple but with a touch of surprise :)

A glass of water in the sunlight

Autumn retro still life at breakfast

I tried to make a retro-looking autumn still life using part of my breakfast this morning :) The white balls in the wooden cup are traditional armenian cookies. They have some nuts inside covered with something sweet – I think it’s Turkish delight – absolutely delicious! I took a few more shots which I’m planning to upload this week, so „stay tuned“ :)
