Autumn retro still life at breakfast

I tried to make a retro-looking autumn still life using part of my breakfast this morning :) The white balls in the wooden cup are traditional armenian cookies. They have some nuts inside covered with something sweet – I think it’s Turkish delight – absolutely delicious! I took a few more shots which I’m planning to upload this week, so “stay tuned” :)

Home made biscuits cake with coffee and milk

My mom made this delicious biscuits cake for a small family celebration. The recipe is very simple, but the result is amazing! The icing is made of egg whites and sugar and the nice golden color is made by baking the whole thing for a couple of minutes on very high temperature. It goes perfectly with the afternoon coffee latte :)

Dark red cherries

I made this pic a while ago – the original looked a bit dull so I tried to give a more “dramatic” look with photoshop… Anyway, the cherries were really delicious – they’re one my favourite summer fruits – so sweet and fresh at the same time! :)

I found it in a small shop among old, dusty and useless kitchen utensils :) there were just two mugs – this one and a lightly pink one and I took them both very cheap – it was a lucky day :)
